  2. Event dates and timings are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
  4. Stall allocation will be made at the sole discretion of the organizers.
  5. All payments made towards participation, booking, or registration are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the organizers.
  6. Manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and exhibitors must comply with all event rules and venue regulations.
  7. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or participation to any individual or organization.
  8. Participants are responsible for the quality, pricing, and authenticity of their products and services.
  9. The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the event.
  10. Photography, videography, and promotional activities may be conducted during the event and used for marketing purposes.
  11. By registering for the event, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the organizers.
  12. Any disputes arising from participation in the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
